I'm working hard to keep the videos coming, but there are only so many I can do at a time without killing a whole day!


This place is going to be a $750k water house when it's all said and done. 2600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, double garage, and a MONSTER kitchen.


Here's the plan:
Open up the living area so the very first thing you see when you walk in is a HUGE water view and the pool. Second, we need to knock down a few walls. We are going to create an open floor plan by exposing the kitchen and creating a 12 foot granite breakfast bar. The other walls that need to be knocked down are in the bedroom areas. The bedrooms are very choppy at this point and need to be arranged better.
